A Message from our Communications and Marketing Department

Please know that Springside Chestnut Hill Academy places tremendous value in our communication between home and school. The primary method of sharing information with parents about important events and programs is our weekly Virtual Mailbag (VMB). Please be sure to refer to this electronic newsletter, sent on Friday afternoons, for all-school information (found on the landing page) as well as information specific to your daughter's grade level and slideshows of school life (found on the Lower School page).

Thanksgiving Baskets Delivered!

Some girls represented our class and helped deliver the many wonderful Thanksgiving meals.
Thanks to Noa, Ellie, and Hallie.
And thank you to our volunteer drivers, Melissa Haims and Jill McLelland!

With Thanksgiving approaching, we have begun talking about our Thanksgiving meals. The girls realize that some families may not have the special meals that they do and they came up with a list of foods that they would like another family to have for their Thanksgiving.  Each year we ask that students at Springside bring in food to donate to her class’s Thanksgiving basket.

The baskets will be delivered to St. Vincent’s Church on Monday, November 22, and St. Vincent’s will distribute the baskets to local families. The baskets are in each classroom, and the girls can bring in their contributions on any day up to and including November 22.
Thank you for your support.
