Rebecca Thornburgh visits SCH today

Today the girls had a great discussion with author/illustrator Rebecca Thornburgh! She talked about her sketchbook, studio, using her imagination, creating thumbnails and color sketches, and even making "dummy" books. She shared the process of publishing with us from beginning to end as with the book One Happy Classroom. The girls had many wonderful questions and made great observations. I think she will inspire us for many years to come!
