Please know that Springside Chestnut Hill Academy places tremendous value in our communication between home and school. The primary method of sharing information with parents about important events and programs is our weekly Virtual Mailbag (VMB). Please be sure to refer to this electronic newsletter, sent on Friday afternoons, for all-school information (found on the landing page) as well as information specific to your daughter's grade level and slideshows of school life (found on the Lower School page).

Afternoon of Service at SCH - Friday, January 13th, 2017

The Lower School for Girls will be conducting our first Afternoon of Service on Friday, January 13th in honor of MLK Day. PreK and K will be making breakfast bags and Grades 1-4 will be making different components of hearty meals that will be frozen and donated to Aid for Friends, an organization that serves local shut-ins. LSG has organized this service project for over 20 years (previously held on the morning of MLK Day) and we are excited to continue it as a full division on the day before the long weekend.

We are also hosting a Coat/Outerwear Drive on the morning of the 13th on both LS campuses. Families can drop off any winter items (sizes infant through adult) in the morning and they will be distributed to adults and children in Camden, New Jersey, through the auspices of DeSales Service Works.
