Please know that Springside Chestnut Hill Academy places tremendous value in our communication between home and school. The primary method of sharing information with parents about important events and programs is our weekly Virtual Mailbag (VMB). Please be sure to refer to this electronic newsletter, sent on Friday afternoons, for all-school information (found on the landing page) as well as information specific to your daughter's grade level and slideshows of school life (found on the Lower School page).

LOWER SCHOOL GIRLS COMMUNITY NIGHT

Lower School Girls Community Night will take place this year on Friday, November 8 from 5:30-6:30 PM in the Lower Level of the McCausland Lower School. This annual event is designed to bring together our students and their families for a night of food, fun, and friendship. Beginning at 4:30 PM, the Fall Book Fair will also be open for families and their children who are attending Community Night.
 
The highlight of the evening is the showcase of the fourth grade girls’ CEL projects inspired by Caine’s Arcade. The girls have worked hard to design and build intricate games out of simple materials such as cardboard and paper, and they look forward to inviting the rest of the community to experience and play their games. Pizza will be served and there will be additional fun-filled activities as well to enjoy. We will also be collecting non-perishable food items at the door to benefit our ongoing food drive partnership with St Vincent de Paul ministries.
