A Message from our Communications and Marketing Department

Please know that Springside Chestnut Hill Academy places tremendous value in our communication between home and school. The primary method of sharing information with parents about important events and programs is our weekly Virtual Mailbag (VMB). Please be sure to refer to this electronic newsletter, sent on Friday afternoons, for all-school information (found on the landing page) as well as information specific to your daughter's grade level and slideshows of school life (found on the Lower School page).

Important Information from our SCH Communications Department

The Virtual Mailbag (VMB) is the primary vehicle for parent communication. Everything a parent needs to know about upcoming events, division-specific announcements and school life is there.
If someone ever needs help with any digital communication or website access/questions, please email Karen Tracy at help@sch.org. She will try to answer these emails within 24 hours.

The Parent Dashboard of the sch.org website allows parents to access just about anything needed (including medical forms, Mealpay plus accounts, AlertNow information, etc.)  Sometimes parents think they need to login to access the contents on the page.  No login is required for this page. The only feature of our site that is password-protected is the online Parent Directory. This directory is available in the blue box on the left-hand side of the Parent Dashboard page as soon as someone is logged in.
Lastly, should you need to update information at any time, there is a channel on the Parent Dashboard to provide personal updates and this goes directly to our data manager Colette Schwartz.  She facilitates all updates across all database platforms.
