A Message from our Communications and Marketing Department

Please know that Springside Chestnut Hill Academy places tremendous value in our communication between home and school. The primary method of sharing information with parents about important events and programs is our weekly Virtual Mailbag (VMB). Please be sure to refer to this electronic newsletter, sent on Friday afternoons, for all-school information (found on the landing page) as well as information specific to your daughter's grade level and slideshows of school life (found on the Lower School page).

Grandparents and Special Friends Day 2014

This past Friday's special day of visiting with friends and family was wonderful.  First our girls had an opportunity to share a lesson in science class and demonstrate their growing knowledge of friction, gravity, and potential energy.  
Thanks to Marianne Maloy and Carie Szalay for making that happen!

 Then, we gathered together in our 2nd grade classroom to share some memories from our year, read together, enjoy a snack, and do a little math activity.  Finally, girls gave their guests a little tour of the lower school art show.  

 I believe the afternoon was a huge success!  
Thank you to everyone who was able to join us!
